Drawing from over 30 years of business experience, Natosha's extensive background includes leadership and advisory roles with global institutions (MUFG/Bank of Tokyo, Cisco Worldwide, Bank of America and others), where she has assessed, developed and implemented robust risk management programs.


Beyond her work in risk consulting, Natosha is the visionary founder of The Boon Project – Agriculture with a Purpose where she is creating and implementing sustainable programs in rural, under-resourced communities in developing nations. With a focus on addressing challenges related to poverty, women's empowerment, and youth engagement, Natosha emphasizes improving, scaling, and diversifying agriculture production. By introducing new trade skills, fostering the creation of new businesses, and generating job opportunities, she empowers these communities to overcome socio-economic barriers.


Leveraging her extensive experience in risk management, Natosha seamlessly transfers her knowledge and expertise into the dynamic hemp industry. With her deep understanding of risk assessment, regulatory compliance, and sustainable practices, she offers strategic guidance tailored to the specific needs of clients desiring to invest in industrial hemp.


Natosha (or Tosha) resides in Golden, Colorado but also has a home in Uganda, Africa.
